Sintering

The sintering furnace is heated to a high temperature of 1200~1400℃. After the metal atoms are activated, they migrate and diffuse, and the density increases rapidly, while the size shrinks by 10~20%. The hardness, strength, magnetism, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and other properties of the product are close to the level of forging or machined parts.
